Hotfix 0.8.0.11 — Vanguard Galaxy Steam update #989003

Hello captains, A quick update with some fixes.Added/Changed- Added horizontal scrollbar functionality to the Refinery items overviewFixes - Fixed an issue where economy skills (sell value bonuses) incorrectly increased the cost of blueprint extraction at the workshop- Fixed a performance slowdown during structural salvage, the game was repeatedly attempting to break pixels from an already-empty sprite texture- Fixed structural salvage grinders sometimes getting stuck on a target with no remaining salvageable content- Fixed structural salvage drones not flying close to their target, causing the harpoon grinder to never start dealing damage- Fixed large mining lasers using the correct turret sprite- Fixed NPC's not being assigned the correct faction (such as Support Mining Mission NPC being the Player)If you find any annoying / interesting bugs or just want to give your opinion.
