Patch Notes — Power Steam update #992266

Carrying on with polishing the game before adding in some cool new features as follows: Fixed rocket not impacting the surface of the water. Fixed rocket looping around players. Fixed floating not working while skiing under water. Fixed transition from floating to non-floating state when under water so it's not so abrupt. Fixed the "Let's Go" being so loud at the beginning of a CTF match. Fixed the jetpack effect not showing anymore. Reduced the fog density under water to make it easier to see flags and other players. Made all bullets faster on all weapons except the Reaper to improve hit accuracy and percentage. Increased bullet drop on all bullets except the Reaper to account for increased bullet speed. Reduced the amount of damage the rocket does so it becomes more of a "finisher" type weapon. Moved flashing warning messages higher on the screen so they don't block the crosshair. Adde...
