• Patch 1.1.1 affecting save files - 10 October 2019

  Greetings time-travellers! As part of patch 1.1.1, the game name used inside the editor was updated from "Ann Achronist" to its official release title, "Ann Achronist: Many Happy Returns". Unfortunately, this name is used by Unity when storing and accessing save data for the game, which means any progress players had before v1.1.1 will not be loading into the game properly after the patch. Don't fret! Your data isn't lost, and this has a quick fix! Windows users: Part 1 - Restoring save files Click start, type "regedit" and open the Registry Editor. (Note: Be very careful when changing files in the Registry Editor!)   A new patch has just been pushed live for Ann Achronist: Many Happy Returns! Changelog: Library pencil updated to a pen. Pink ribbon on baker ending, not white one. Crown jewel achievement now correctly unlocks (previously impossible). Splitting overflowing dialogue. Increased credits scroll speed, fixed logo distortion. Increased volume of whispers on psychic Ann start. Split Chiswick conversation for better skipping. Compressed sound effects and changed them to streaming, reducing memory usage. Compressed portraits, reducing memory usage. Although crashing has significantly reduced since the last patch, there are still minor issues (particularly on the mini games) that are causing crashes. Peter packs up his things at the right time when leaving due to 'a storm coming'.
