Patch 1.1.1 affecting save files — Ann Achronist: Many Happy Returns Steam update #695244

Greetings time-travellers! As part of patch 1.1.1, the game name used inside the editor was updated from "Ann Achronist" to its official release title, "Ann Achronist: Many Happy Returns". Unfortunately, this name is used by Unity when storing and accessing save data for the game, which means any progress players had before v1.1.1 will not be loading into the game properly after the patch. Don't fret! Your data isn't lost, and this has a quick fix! Windows users: Part 1 - Restoring save files Click start, type "regedit" and open the Registry Editor.
