It’s been a long journey, and having you all play Vectromirror 0 helped immensely on the next title of the series. Check out the Vectromirror Steam Page (if you haven’t done it yet). Features New Aesthetics Each level has it’s own art, based on each of the (6) emotions that you’ll go through during the narrative. Version: 0.1649 What’s New Epilepsy Warning Due to the game having flashing lights, we decided to add this warning, so that those who suffer from epilepsy are informed about this aspect of the game. The warning appears as soon as you start the game. Developer’s Notes Future of Vectromirror 0 We’ve been working hard on the premium version and sequel, Vectromirror, which is getting a big update soon. Our team has been focusing on that version of the project, and therefore we haven’t made a lot of updates for this version.     Dear Test Subjects, First and foremost, thank you for playing our game. Version: 0.1478 What’s New Coyote Jump Delay for still being able to jump after leaving a platform (a.k.a. Coyote Jump) added. This addition will help players not skip the first jump, which sometimes can bring the perception that the second jump is not working, where in fact the player had left the platform (late jump).     Dear Test Subjects, First and foremost, thank you for playing our game. Version: 0.890 What’s New Speedrun Timer Options Inside the Main Menu, under Options, players can enable the “Timer Options”, which allows players to have an in-game timer. The timer will be present throughout the levels, providing feedback in real-time. When enabled, the Main Menu will keep track of your Total Time, as well as per level. After your first run with the timer, it will keep track of your best run, as well as your last run, so players can have the feedback on which levels they need to improve. Only full playthroughs will update the Total Time. New Vectromirror™ Endgame Reward Our full game, Vectromirror™ is releasing October 13th, 2020.     Dear Test Subjects, First and foremost, thank you for playing our game. Version: 0.701 Improvements Save System Previously, when the player used a Level Select option to enter a level, sometimes the player would not enter the correct place inside of the level or game. Optimization Removed motion blur, which will improve the experience for players by increasing the frame rate. Optimized game files to decrease load and build size (was 4.4gb and now is 2.9gb) Tutorial Messages In-game readable texts were slightly increased, to improve readability. Bug Fixes Save System Player won’t lose any progress when updating the game. Player Interaction with Physics Objects Adjustments that were still needed have now been made, and overall stability is improved. Audio Music tracks now play correctly. Improvements Player Interaction with Physics Objects There was some instability when The Subject steps onto a Physics Object. Player can step onto Physics Objects with more stability. Some adjustments are still being done to improve these interactions. Input Mapping Options We received requests to allow the player more options for Control key assignment. In the Main Menu, go to Options, and then Input Mapping, to change the buttons/keys. We are still improving this feature. Wallrun Video Tutorial (in-game) Some versions of The Subject were having difficulty understanding how the Wallrun mechanic works.     Dear Test Subjects, First and foremost, thank you for playing our game. This first update includes performance improvements (via graphics options), improved wall-running, and options for sprinting (either toggle or hold). Version: 0.495 Wall Run Improvements We heard your feedback and decided to improve this mechanic. It is now easier to attach to the wall with increased stability. Player can also move the camera freely during the wall run without unsnapping from most walls. Other minor tweaks to improve the movement flow. Graphics Options Depending on your PC’s specs, you may benefit from lowering the graphics quality, to get a smoother running experience.
