Galaxy Life is officially 4 years old and with that we have launched a brand new update for everyone to enjoy with some much requested features by the community these past years. Hello chiefs! 12/12/25 is finally upon us and doomsday strikes again, this time however a much bigger golem has walked out of the portal... the Polarity Golem! Because of this golem the planet is now half red and half green... Will we make it to Christmas? This golem is the strongest yet and deals an immense amount of damage like no other unit has seen before in Galaxy life. To make up for this insane amount of damage the golem has a very long charging time and has to wait before being able to fire again. The unit can be received by beating the event and also trough purchasing the Polarity pack and trough the store itself. The problems of the last few days are finally resolved and the planned migration was successfully finished, although it took a lot longer than anticipated. All incoming messages (such as sent free gifts, or alliance join requests) were unfortunately lost due to the problems. On a brighter note, we're happy to announce that we've found and fixed the issue of the recent servers instabilities, and on top of that, we've made several changes to our codebase and infrastructure to improve the overall performance, for example you may notice your templates loading much faster than they used to, and the suggested alliances panel should now load pretty much instantly. We fixed a bunch of frustrating exploits used by cheaters as well and banned the players that abused it.We have sent out 50 compensation chips to everyone for the extended problems of the last days. Hello chiefs!The Horrors of Halloween have arrived once more! Get in-game now to enjoy the Galaxy Life Halloween event up until the 16th of November. During this event you will be able to obtain 3 new decorations for free and there is 2 new decorations available for purchase trough the in-game store as packages. When completing the event you will receive all Halloween units including the shriek unit which is only available during Halloween. With this update we have also pushed a fix for a very big exploit that had been going around for a very long time now regarding the refinery. All players who actively abused this have been banned and punished for their actions. These players also had their refinery rewards taken away from them. Have fun Chiefs!

Hello Chiefs! Galaxy Life is currently under maintenance for approximately 5 hours while we migrate & upgrade our database server. This should fix any remaining issues with the game feeling slower than usual or stuff not working. Battlelogs will be deleted & this should improve the stability of both API and the backends, regarding the issues you guys experienced in the last week or so! War Matchmaking Changes We've heard your recent questions regarding the matchmaking logic we shared here in 2022. After further investigation, we noticed we made some mistakes when implementing it, which we will be fixing shortly. Alongside these bug fixes, we will be using the average of main players Starbase level only instead of the average Starbase level of all planets. For most alliances this has almost no effect, but for those at the top, they can see up to a 2x increase in possible opponents. We have considered these changes thoroughly and even asked some community members about them, and everyone seems to agree it's good!
