Hotfix 2.1 - Fixes & Improvements Fixed a compatibility issue affecting save files created prior to Update 2.0. Fixed a potential crash that occured when multiple mods were loaded in the Forge. Fixed a PS5 controller compatibility issue on Steam. Get ready for Titanium Difficulty and New Game Plus! The highly challenging difficulty level, Titanium Difficulty is recommended only for the most experienced players looking to prove themselves. It certainly doesn’t pull any punches! It requires smart combat tactics, excellent weapon management, and a perceptive eye to strategize against enemy behaviour for them to come out unscathed. Players will battle their way through enemies with enhanced health, armour, and a 20% damage increase. Bosses have been rebalanced, with stricter timing-based mechanics and while rewards come to those with precise combat, failure awaits the reckless. And if that wasn’t enough, the Queen has placed a curse on certain Anvils throughout the realm, rendering them unusable for rest or fast travel, hindering Aran’s progress. Our latest Version 2.0 feature video spotlights two new systems that further expand the gameplay loop of Blades of Fire. Get ready for Anvil Trials and Arcana! Players can face Anvil Trials to re-fight major bosses in dedicated arenas after defeating them in the main story. Once a boss is defeated, a special anvil appears and activating it teleports players to an arena where the boss is revived for another encounter. At the start of each trial, players’ health potions are fully restored. Weapons remain in the condition they were in upon entry, but any damage taken during the fight is not permanent... Both potions and weapons revert to their previous state when players exit, regardless of success. Each boss introduces additional mechanics, and each fight is timed, allowing players to earn up to three medals based on completion time. Players can then use the medals earned in the Anvil Tri…

Blades of Fire Version 2.0 adds Transmutation, an all-new system that allows players to convert materials directly at the forge. Players can transmute any material into another, provided it has already been discovered during their journey. The process is simple: select the material you want to create, then choose the material you wish to convert. Materials are grouped into tiers, with more lower-tier materials needed to transmute into a higher-tier material. Conversely, higher-tier materials can also be used to produce more lower-tier materials. Transmutation allows you to rebalance your inventory and turn excess resources into the exact materials your next weapon needs.
