Now the options will feature descriptions of their function if you select them. - Added option to double-click(tap) the skill button to swap the skill groups.

- Fixed an input bug where your aerial frontal attack combo input doesn't work when you are too close to the enemy - Adjusted the hitbox of the boss from 4-2. Adjusted the Hubris variant's attack timing. - Slightly increased the hyperarmor duration when the player starts aerial heavy attack (Aerial Earthpecker, or Helm Breaker some say) - In the boss rush mode, players will have a brief invincibility during the post-boss arena waiting period. - Fixed the issue where some dangerous projectiles linger after some boss fights in Hubris boss rush mode. - Adjusted the SSS rank threshold of Hubris Bossrush mode.

- You can see the directional input signal arrow around the character when you turn on the combo input UI. This was added to make players see and guess the facing-direction in the chaotic situation. - BGM can be changed at the start of the Horde Mode. - Reduced one Treasure Cleaner at the final round of Horde Mode. Added lesser demons in that spot. - You can see the real-time score update and the round in the Horde Mode. - Adjusted the color of Hubris Bossrush Arena lighting. - Increased the duration where you can burst-shot the Instant Golem with Lantern Flare. - Fixed the issue where the Fungal Fountain ignores the boomerang during the hit animation by other types of colliders.

Hubris Boss rush mode is implemented. Can be entered via the secret entrance located in the ceiling of the bossrush lobby. You have to beat the Demon of Hubris on Hubris Mode to unlock this mode. This applies to the people who have already beaten that, because I had to edit the save file for this matter. In 10-2, you can teleport to the next stage at the ending sequence if you beat the boss in the first phase before the phase transition. Fixed a bug where you could save again at the dead checkpoint snail after killing it for the Shattered Hope effect.

Fixed a bug where your camera won't zoom out even though you didn't opt into the apt hubris challenge. Fixed the fog curtain covering the rollercoaster rails on 8-1 When facing the wall, if there's a joystick input towards the wall, Gretel will dash towards the wall. Setting the stick neutral will make her bounce away and dash to the opposite side like it used to. Added visual signal over Propeller Demon's attack direction Added poise meters to the dummy target in the training room Added S Rank requirements for the pause menu scoring board. Adjusted some minor movements here and there from enemies. Next update will likely include the boss rush mode for the Hubris bosses.

Hope you are doing well. When the game was initially fully released in December 2024, I thought I had done all I could as a developer. But then, as time went by, after I played multiple challenging games that ignited my competitive-creative spirit (looking at you, Silksong and Angeline Era), I just wanted to challenge myself. I wanted to make something that even I can't comfortably approach as a creator. I wanted to be on (or over) their level in terms of how I can push the limit of the set game mechanic to a comical degree. Difficulty is such an enchanting thing. For most people out there, it wouldn't be a comprehensible idea that I'm making an even harder challenge for a game that got even less than 1% of the players who finished the Ascended Reaper difficulty. 2025-09-06 1.1.1 version update \ German and Latin American Spanish are officially now implemented.\ Added a binary savefile security function. It turns out binary files are exploitable, and a deserialization attack can be done with the save file edit. It was added just for the safety measure, so it won't affect your save file. \ Fixed the collision bug that could potentially fling the Cluster of Nightmare enemy out of the combat arena.,Fixed the bug where you can accidentally click the new game button, revert, then click the extra mode to erase the collectibles or upgrades.

Accessibility option - Fog wall behind Arena: A gray curtain covers the combat arena when you engage in combat. It's there to reduce the visual noise from the background. Graphic option - Darkened Light Projectile: Some flashing projectiles can induce headache or eye pain for some people, so turning this option on would reduce the brightness of certain glowing projectiles, even if it can look kinda ugly or unnatural. HUD Necklace pieces: The necklace you equipped will be shown under Gretel's face HUD icon. Added one more checkpoint on the Wraith difficulty version of 2-2. The secret object in 11-1 that can open up the path to the secret boss is now less hidden than before. Some boss patterns in 11-S are slightly adjusted. Slightly.

Tried to improve the performance issue during the bossrush mode. Need more input from other players. Changed the aspect that players could hit the small enemies and "revive" them after they started the death animation right after the boss clear event. Now they will stay dead after the boss clear event. Fixed the input malfunctioning bug that can happen during the bossrush transition event. Fixed the bug where Fungalik can get stuck in the geometry collider during the death animation.

- Adjusted the juggle distance, and some attack height of the final boss. Nothing too big of a change to meaningfully alter the difficulty of the fight. - Fixed an issue where the player character changed the attack chain to the grounded ones when the character's feet made contact with the enemies while chaining the aerial melee combo. - On 10-2 on Wraith(and below) difficulty, Added one more checkpoint at the beginning of the stage and changed the enemy spawn layout in the boss fight arenas. No changes on the Reaper and higher difficulties. - Upon touching the horn currencies, the size will shrink so it won't make the screen visually noisy.
