- Update 1.0.6: One new wish (23 total) - 21 March 2026
What's new Wish #23 - The Ninja Boss Someone wished for a boss whose defeat would bring sound design and music to the game. So we built one. Find the King Moustache, fight the beast like a ninja, and when it falls - the king will heal your hearing. Sound design kicks in. Music starts playing. The game literally wakes up. We won't spoil where or how. Just know: the silence has a reason now. Performance improvements We spent a lot of time under the hood making the game run better: Better FPS - We reworked how the game decides what to render. If you can't see it, it doesn't get drawn anymore. Shadows now stop at 200m instead of 2800m - turns out you don't need shadows on things 3 kilometers away. Model optimization - Some models (looking at you, capybaras) were way too detailed for their size. They've been optimized without changing how they look. Smoother loading - Loading screens now pro…
- Update 1.0.5 Trailer + Performance Patch Notes - 16 March 2026
Update 1.0.5 Trailer Check out the trailer for Update 1.0.5, featuring the voice-activated save system and the friendly Nazgul on the Puy-de-Dome. What changed This patch is all about performance. No new wishes this time, just making sure the game runs smoother and loads faster for everyone. Performance & Loading Faster loading screens - Game loading and wish data fetching now happen in parallel instead of one after the other. You should notice shorter loading times, especially on slower connections. Texture streaming enabled - We turned on mipmap streaming across all four quality levels (Low, Medium, High, Ultra). Textures now load progressively instead of all at once, which means less stuttering and lower memory pressure. Texture compression - Added Crunch compression and mipmap streaming to dozens of textures. The game loads assets more efficiently now. Bigger async upload buffers -…

A huge lake with a long boardwalk where you can try to spot her surfacing. You'll have to see it to believe it.A secret entrance to the backrooms now exists near the monolith.
