Desktop and VR Support Spess equally supports Desktop (non-VR) and VR platforms. For some VR players, the game may not be comfortable as the design deliberately chooses to not blunt and minimize physical motion simulation for VR. People sensitive to motion sickness discomfort, or just inexperienced with VR motion, are encouraged to stick mostly with Desktop mode, as the game is designed to be motion-heavy even in VR mode. Live a life on a Space Station, grow plants, mutate them into new types of plants, mix different chemical reagents, and when you are ready, get out and explore outer space to acquire wealth by mining minerals on asteroids.
