FIXES: Fixed the issue of customers stopping coming to the casino hotel if the service hours of all customer services are set to morning and no managerial and building changes are made during the night. Resolved the problem of the service hour policy remaining open after removing the last room of that service. Addressed the problem of the 'No customer services are open' information cover not showing up even if there are no customer services open. Fixed the issue of customers using the restroom even though all of the casino services are closed.
