FIXED: Fixed an issue where the parking attendant would get stuck while attempting to tow a car without a parking space. CHANGED: Delivery persons will no longer leave after waiting too long for an empty elevator. People will now use stairs if there are too many people waiting for an elevator. People are now more likely to use stairs instead of an elevator if the floor they want to go is only one floor away. Increased the speed of the low-speed elevator shaft from 3 to 5. Increased the speed of the elevator shaft from 5 to 7. Increased the speed of the high-speed elevator shaft from 10 to 12.
