Colosseum: -Made the UI for choosing Prizes/Modifiers adjust to make the health bar visible when missing health while choosing -Adjusted the position of the title text when choosing Modifiers -Tweaked/increased enemy spawn numbers for Rounds -Fixed Overcautious not iterating through the consumables list properly -Fixed an oversight with Drained causing its downside to not work properly -Fixed a check for a saved variable when loading a run coming *after* trying to access the variable (caused a soft-lock) -Fixed a potential exploit -Other balance changes
