Patch Notes 0.13 — pepeizq's Cities Steam update #1044699

I would have liked to release this patch earlier, but I haven't had time between personal problems, work and the covid. If I could make a living from developing games I could spend more time developing. I want to warn you that my idea is to abandon early access before the Summer Sale, I have dedicated this update to the interface and I want the following updates to be for the game itself. Notes: Interface: Rebuilt from scratch, because I'm not going to fool you, no one teaches me Unity and I learn by making mistakes. Interface: Main Menu, integrated animated information panel with links to the source code and my websites. Interface: Options, restructured the Sound section to divide the volume between the effects and the music (if you set the volume to zero it is deactivated).
