Fixed camera handling - further tests showed it was somewhat broken in certain use cases when player was using illusion or teleportation powers in the static phase Added animated hand indicators on chapter select map (we have observed in various videos some players had difficulty with recognizing clickable elements on the chapter select map, this will hopefully resolve the issue)
