Patch 0.5.0.4b — Fargone Steam update #1082158

Hey everyone, Another small patch with a very large impact for users with lower-end hardware such as the Steam Deck. With this update, you should see a massive improvement to PIP scope rendering. The GPU load when using a scope has been reduced by around 80% due to a bug fix and several under-the-hood improvements. In addition, weather effects have been further optimised without any loss of visual quality, so overall the game should run noticeably smoother with this update.
