UO 0.2.1.2 Major game health patch, zombie headshot tweaks + Much more — Fargone Steam update #1082212

Hi everyone, this patch may not seem that exciting on the surface but this update will dial in the health and stability of the game by addressing various memory usage issues. This will reduce/fix crashes, reduce stuttering, improve performance and also allow the game to finally run much better on the Steam deck. Further to this, I have now implemented a custom world streaming solution which will allow for a far greater number of items and locations to be added without eating up precious system resources! All in all, this is a major leap for the games' health and longevity and will be crucial. for all future content.
