Test build 8. — Cities Virtual Reality Steam update #1095713

Hello all! Got some small patches and a new tool for ya. Added: - line builder. Just click and drag! - Re-added weather. Changed: - Screenshot key is "P" now. - Citizen nav system(was Navmesh, is now basic path system) Patched: - Bug with ramps. - Bug that stopped players from placing buildings where old buildings had been removed. Known bugs: - Cars warping to other roads. - Cargo ships getting stuck. I hoping to get a basic world save/load system done asap so you guys can start sharing your cities. Also going to be working towards getting the VR build back up and running but don't worry the flatscreen build will still be active.
