R5.0.1 Minor visual tweaks — Source of the Nile Digital Edition Steam update #1096341

* The face displayed on the player token now correctly matches the selected explorer type. * The explorer and lives icons on the UI panel have been visually improved. * The tribe policy panel has been reworked. When loading a previously saved R5.0.0 game from Africa, the following temporary graphical issues will occur: * The explorer image on the UI panel may appear split at the waist. * The three lives head-icons on the UI panel will appear cropped. * The face on the player token may not match the explorer type. Note: These save issues are temporary and do not affect gameplay. They will be automatically resolved after starting a new game.
