R1.1.1e Minor visual fixes and erratum. — Source of the Nile Digital Edition Steam update #1096389

* Fixed a visual anomaly in which the highlight glow of the music box and compendium would show through the opened instruction sheet if those objects underneath were moused over. * The "New Game" button on the desk could be selected while another pop-up message was opened, resulting in the two boxes being overlayed. * ERRATUM. A previous update R1.1.1 note stated that "The expedition will no longer consume canteen water supplies if in a hex containing an oasis." This should have read "Horses and camels will no longer consume canteen water supplies if in a hex containing an oasis."
