Restructured some algorithms related to character attributes.Refine can now only deconstruct one card at a time.Removed the effect where Bleed reduces Evasion Chance.Removed the effect where Poison reduces Crit Chance.Changed the effect of "Increase/Decrease Max HP" from a fixed value to a percentage based on the character's Base Max HP.The scenario effect "Both sides' HP doubles at the start of combat" no longer takes effect as a buff.Made balance adjustments to the Upright and Reversed effects of "The Lovers".Reduced the trigger probability of Upright "Strength" to 50%.Reduced the trigger probability of Reversed "The World" to 10%.Reduced the trigger probability of Upright "Three of Cups" to 50%.Reduced the trigger probability of Upright "Nine of Cups" to 25%.
