Bug Fixes:Made sure State Representative elections were being properly generated.Did some changes to prevent the player for running for a different Senate seat from another state. This should also apply to House of Rep elections as well. I'm not sure if it is going to be 100% fixed since I could not replicate it but I did some changes to hopefully prevent it.Scenario editor bug where equal distribution was happening when you tried to get new party popularity from modifying coalitions.Known Bugs:Party popularity in counties may not match the state party popularity. I couldn't replicate this bug, so I'd need more information to fix this one.
