We've released a minor update, 19.3.2, to address a crash affecting users on certain specific setups when launching the game and a problem related to RCA's with the Editor. The game and Editor should automatically begin to update next time you launch Steam. For those of you currently in game or the Editor, save and exit to receive the update. If for whatever reason either doesn't automatically update we recommend restarting Steam.
