Hotfix Patch 0.2.0.3 — Is this a Game yet? Steam update #1350189

There was a new network error introduced in the last hotfix, that prevented restoring the connection to the database after losing it while playing. With this update, any network error should resolve on retry as long as you are connected to the internet.
