Some fixes, a start to more tooltips. — Caves of Lore Steam update #1373218

Closing in on more Tooltips. Lots to go. + Timescale now goes back to what it was set to in combat when closing the summoning menu + Began adding more tooltips + Bhulown can now use bows! Along with all other large creatures (which could have been an issue for giant skeletons and such) + Fixed a rare race condition situation where V******* would be destroyed before his movement was finished, causing an error + Typos! + A bunch of other minor things not worth mentioning
