Added time limit option to multiplayer. When the timer reaches zero, 'Sudden Death' occurs and every living player will take periodic damage until only one team remains. Added slow motion and weapon freeze sliders to multiplayer so you can adjust how much players can use them (or disable them completely). Slightly reduced the accuracy of bots with ranged weapons.
