Hi guys, some balance changes and fixes before our tournament tomorrow. Patch notes: -Fixed US Officer animations -Decreased mortar explosives tech to be 10/20/30% Splash damage and reduced range from 4 to 3 -Fixed a bug where units on boats wouldn't die right away when the boat got destroyed -Fixed medics being able to heal boats and tanks when using a skin -Units that die on boats can now self destruct -Fixed a bug where you sometimes couldn't get your campaign rewards
