Version 3811 - Bugfixes for relocation, keeps, and alliances - Relocate now properly highlights the buildings that will relocate - Relocate will now make sure proper destination keeps are selected - Manual updated to capture how bonuses passed to bannermen work - Player list now properly shows which bonus is passed down to bannermen - Retreating and relocating now update fog of war right away - Changing capitals can now happen immediately rather than having to wait one update
