Hot fix (for hot issue of yesterday's patch) — Terminal Breach: Final Dawn Steam update #1467520
I added an FPS limiter cap for 240 FPS, otherwise with Vsync off, GPU was going 100% (300~400 FPS is fun, but GPU always 100% and you can't see it anyways)
