To play Ironclad with this latest patch before it goes live to everybody, right click Victory At Sea Ironclad in your Steam library, click "Properties...", and click the BETAS tab. From the dropdown menu, choose "firstlook". There is no password required. Gameplay: States in which all ports are held by one faction have a 5% bonus to resource generation.
