Reverted a couple changes regarding cooldowns. The mailboxes should be persistent now when offline. Also fixed a crash when accepting a quest, which was tied to receiving a certain quest before unlocking the map expansion. I was hoping to release a few of the random events, but due to errors, I am delaying the release until it is more stable. I just wanted to take a moment to express my thanks for those who have been supporting me throughout this game development journey. The last couple weeks have been a bit discouraging due to a corruption of some game files, and a large amount of work still needing to be done. I have noticed that I am burning out, and I've been looking for excuses not to work on this game.
