Game Update v4.1.1 — 1812: The Invasion of Canada Steam update #2803836

Two small fixes in this update: Corrected the 1812 scenario setup. Fort Erie now starts with the intended 2 British, 2 Canadian, and 1 Native American unit, while Fort George has its correct starting forces. Fixed the Truce victory condition. The British side must now play the British, Canadian, and Native American Truce cards before the game can end.
