This minor update resolves a mechanical issue to ensure traffic generation behaves as expected, laying the groundwork for the upcoming v6.00 release.Fixed: Addressed an issue where demolishing a neighborhood inadvertently caused the remaining active neighborhoods to slightly increase their vehicle spawn rates. Demolishing a neighborhood now correctly leaves the spawn rates of all other neighborhoods completely unchanged.
