One way streets no longer slow down when entering and leaving neighborhoods. This patch also repairs, Fills holes that were in the Paris map. Allows one way roads to maintain speed when crossing a simple road on an overpass. Increases the button size for bulk erasure options. (making them readable!) Bulk erasing roads does not prematurely disconnect roads from neighborhoods.
