UI Improvements Integrated marketplace UI into empire UI and reworked the layout. Integrated the place-building UI into Empire UI and reworked the layout. Place building UI now also supports the "error UI" for all buttons. Building, BuildingUpgrade, and Unit Tooltip show the number of missing resources. Made a new tutorial video for placing crop fields, as the UI has changed. Using the Escape button now closes any empire UI first; if no empire UI is open, it goes into pause UI as before. Fixes Fixed: Tooltips were flickering when fading in due to a bug in the tooltip manager. Fixed: Some quest texts.
