Core Game Improvements - Performance, Textures, Rendering + more — The Joust Playtest Steam update #33537

We've been addressing playtester feedback and improving performance along the way Through various tactics like caching and memoization, we hope to have improved the game's performance! New stages have been added too... they're not in final form... but should be fun and flavorful! Ramparts, Courtyard, Barnyard, Cellar, Studio, and a futuristic stage, Plasma Arena. We're experimenting with a few strategies to create better textures and this will be found all throughout the update: Skin, Clothing, Armor, Weapons, Terrain... experimental new textures all over the place!
