Added option in settings / user interface to do simple user interface scaling to fit the screen. When turned on all user interface elements (including the Solar System view) will be stretched and look pixelated in display resolutions higher than 1280x800. Fixed a case where player could obtain indestructible spaceship at the start of a new game. Fixed the fleet view to update when a spaceship is renamed from the spaceship menu (previously fleet was updated only when changed from the building menu).
