Fixed a bug with Fan of Knives where the Life Lost proc chance would start at 100% and then decrease to 0% when affected by the Additional Proc Chance stat.Reduced Fan of Knives Life Lost proc chance from 15% to 5%. This is to rebalance it so it works as originally intended.Updated the Unity Engine version from 6.2 to 6.3. This may fix some crashing issues that some players were experiencing (or it may cause more issues).
