Bugfix # 0.0.46: Page Drop and Arena Chests fix — Wizards and Warlocks Steam update #388852

Fixed some Arena chests clipping into floor, so their pages were ungettable. (They were slightly visible but the floor was stealing their "hit", so you your attempt was hitting the floor instead of the page.) When dropping Extra Pages, they now drop below you and not in front of you, which should stop them from dropping into pillars and being ungettable. Even better, pages can now be picked up through a small amount of floor/wall, so if it gets dropped into a wall/floor, you can pick it up by aiming where it is and interacting (F by default), because the wall no longer blocks the attempt. Chests still block the pickup attempt so they still interact properly. Sorry for not catching this in advance.
