update to how production site controllers are replaced. fixed bug in sectors side list freezing after clicking enough times. added colours to production text for production site showing its production relative to normal, so you can see at a glance if it is producing well for its level and workforce or not, and know if its worth looking into trying to improve it. therefore removed the orange from input text so the two don't clash. changed production site tooltip to show breakdown of production modifiers to help with seeing why a site is under-producing. added controller opinion affecting site output, with a higher floor for characters willing to obey regardless. fixed missing production site output images.
