Added Easing Functions to User Interfaces. Improved rendering of shadows in 3D. Fixed an issue with Forward and Backward movement, in the event of a 3D view. Fixed an issue with residual "Disabled" effects showing in the Compass List. Fixed an issue with Shadows being off in first person. Fixed an issue with Map Layer scrolling in the editor.
