Another day, another update. After reviewing the Playback Devices feature, I realized it would only work on English systems. That is now fixed! There was also an issue with using the Alt key as part of the hotkey. This one isn't fixed but a warning was added that using it might not work on your system. It works fine on mine so I figured I should leave it up to each of you! And that's that! Have a nice day with your 'now working' feature you non english folks!
