Kart Changes The following karts have had their in-game models adjusted: Elementary Armchair Intelli-Kart Intelli-Kart Plus Mine Cart NYC Tour Bus Proto Solid Storm Game Mode Changes The balance of some items in Item Mode has been adjusted: EMP Wave: Now blocks all UFO attacks and Magnet effects from the opposing team against you and your team. Does not affect Magnets used by your own team. Magnet: The acceleration given by the Magnet effect has been reduced. Angel Armor: An attack can now only be blocked once while Angel Armor is active.
