Ahoy Victorians!Hotfix 1.13.5 has just released, featuring some key fixes and improvements to the experience of 1.13, including making the AI less gung-ho about supply ships and ruining their economy in the process, fixing MAPI not changing with tech, state or law changes, added ship crew experience and reduced base literacy even further.
