1.0.7.1 OpenXR SteamVR hotfix — Happy Hour Hero Steam update #577484

Hi all, As always, thanks for playing Happy Hour Hero and for providing the essential feedback that you do. Thanks to some feedback and details we received from our users, we managed to identify a performance issue that led to frankly unacceptable performance on some machines when using that runtime in place of the Meta Quest OpenXR runtime. The hotfix we're pushing today should drastically improve performance for players using a Quest headset with the SteamVR OpenXR runtime. Having said that - for the best possible experience, Meta Quest players should use the Meta Quest OpenXR implementation that can be enabled in the Meta Quest PC App under Settings > General by clicking 'Set Meta Quest Link to active'. For players playing via Virtual Desktop, we recommend using VDXR as the OpenXR runtime as it appears to produce better performance than the SteamVR implementation at this time. Cheers ...
