Fixed a rare major bug where triggering an NPC before having done a specific boss fight, caused the dialogue to soft-lock and the boss to not trigger. Fixed a minor visual bug with controller where if you dodged while aiming, you'd have your head and arms duplicated and floating above you as you dodge.
