BARRY-420. Fly = 214U and must hold U to stay flying. Can Fly 5 times in one jump. Can press a direction (from neutral) mid-way through fly's startup to do actions earlier (white flash when done correctly). Command list shows inputs of some command normals and special moves, but command throw is not implemented yet. Also not done yet = normals from Fly to have unscaled hitstun, hitbox data, animations, etc. Fix training playback or " Shot Loops" Dontay Stinga (6H) to only have unscaled hitstun for its first 3 usages in a combo (down from infinite usages which caused an infinite with Gravity Function) Arisette overhead (6M) with 9f less blockstun to be -4 oB (from +5 oB) Decrease height of black background of health bars Increase black outline of character names on health bars Add black border to yellow "You" icon (to stand out when overlapped with the health bars) Change text of "AI" to ...
