Bug Fixes - Fixed a bug where lightning storm and/or rain-weather could start when exiting a dungeon of any kind. - Fixed a bug where having flashlight turned on inside of a ruin stopped sanity from draining. - Fixed a bug where the zone-info popup happened sometimes when digging up a mine. - Fixed a bug where Visitors didnt react to players that had their radio turned on. - Fixed a bug where Visitors could apply the madness debuff to players from an infinite range. - Fixed a bug where a client's ability to dig could be inconsistent after looking down very fast. The siren can now sound at random times after sunset, which spawns random empowered enemies around the world. Water ponds can now appear randomly in the world during rain. Hallucination spawn rates has been re-balanced and the chances of the Stranger appearing later in the night to low sanity players has been increased.
