Collision sound effects and stair tweaks v0.1k — Brutal Bible Bloodbaths Steam update #696814

There are now sound effects for every chop of your sword including with people, animals, wood, and soliders. There are also collision sound effects when things tumble after being chopped or pushed by the player. If bodies are hit from other things they don't make a sound otherwise there would be too many collision sound effects. The physics of the stairs have been replaced with steps that bodies can tumble down rather than acting like a ramp.
