The tutorial was supposed to give you more packages when you ran out but there was a bug preventing that from happening so I went and fixed it. I added a few more explanation of things in the tutorial and I also added some more explanation for the porch pirates. Added a small grace period so packages register as a first time delivery a bit longer.
